Summerlin Bakery Giving Out Cakes To Help Celebrate Your Birthday In Quarantine!

To help celebrate your birthday in quarantine Rolling In Dough in Summerlin is giving away one free cake every day in April!

This small act of kindness from our community goes a long way.

For the Kiss family this was a reminder of normalcy once the quarantine is over.

Rachel Kiss entered Rolling In Dough's contest in hopes of winning a cake for her three-year-old's birthday.

"I was super excited. I was super shocked because I never won anything before,” Kiss said, in a News 3 interview. “For me to be able to come home with a super decorated cake for Sawyer, I feel so incredibly grateful."

Alexis Pascual, the bakery owner, baked up the idea in order to still bring people together during these uneasy times.

"Birthdays and celebrations is the life and core of this bakery. It just breaks our heart that no one can celebrate a birthday with their friends,” said Pascual, in a News 3 interview.

Even though the shutdowns has affected Pascual's bakery business it hasn't stopped her spirit from doing what she loves every day.

"We really enjoy making your every day happy. We want you to still celebrate,” said Pascual.
