Thursday was one of those days that I asked my family what they want for dinner and they said "I don't care". Not getting any help from them, I was on my own to figure it out.
I had ground turkey, google and a prayer. Ended up being all I needed.
This ground turkey broccoli pasta was so simple, a perfect week night meal. Entire family approved.
ingredients:
- 1 box of pasta (I used wheat elbow noodles)
- Broccoli florets (cut bite size)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil (I didn't have fresh so I used dried)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (I used about 1/2 cup because CHEESE)
I added green beans as well. You can add any veggies you like! I think I will add fresh tomatoes next time.
