If you think anxiety is just mental, think again. Anxiety can affect us physically as well.

According to a report in Self magazine, the physical symptoms of anxiety include: catching lots of colds, having a hard time swallowing, sweating like crazy, aching muscles, a racing heart, shortness for breath, upset stomach, exhaustion, nervous and shaky.
If you are experiencing any of these symptoms regularly and if they are preventing you from enjoying everyday life, make an appointment with a therapist or your primary care physician.
Do you suffer from anxiety? If so, what are some of your physical symptoms that weren’t mentioned?
