Caylee Hammack Reacts On Instagram After Festival Shooting

After Caylee Hammack, Waterloo Revival and King Calaway played the Gilroy Garlic Festival in San Jose, California where a deadly shooting took the life of three people, Caylee Hammack didn't want to do the any interviews. Instead, she to took to Instagram to share her thoughts.

She wrote, "Love so much that hate can’t get in. Sending my love to Gilroy."

She also wrote a lengthy letter saying in part, "Media coverage of my story is not needed. I just want to connect with all the people who spent their afternoon with me yesterday and know they are okay."

Hammack talked about seeing the father's face of the 6 - year- old boy who was killed and the other families with "empty beds" in their homes and then picked up her guitar and sang Maren Morris and Vince Gill's duet "Dear Hate."
