In a series of Twitter posts, Blake let his fans know that most of the news they read about him is false.
He even went as far as to say some of the stories were downright disturbing, and that 99 percent of them were not true.
He says the claims are so bogus, he's actually stopped reading most of the stories.
We assume he's talking about the rumors he and Gwen are getting married or are having a baby together.
He also wanted his fans to know that if they are getting messages from "Blake Shelton" on social media, those messages are not actually from him.
