Nash Country Daily is reporting that the Academy of Country Music just confirmed Carrie Underwood will perform at the ACM Awards this Sunday!
The performance will mark the first time Underwood has taken the stage in front of a crowd since her accident.
As you know, Carrie fell outside her home several months ago.
As a result, she needed more than 40 stitches in her face, in addition to undergoing wrist surgery.
It is also being reported that Underwood will perform a brand new single at the award show.
The country star took to Instagram a few days ago to tease something for April 11.
We cannot wait to hear the new single and see her perform at the ACM Awards!
