Closures continue to mount for work related to Project Neon, the eventual widening of I-15 between Sahara and the Spaghetti Bowl. Beginning tomorrow night at around 9pm, drivers will no longer be able to access the Charleston onramp to 15S.
That closure is in addition to those already in place on the Charleston exit from 15S and the EB Charleston exit from 15N.
But there is a little bit of good news.
The EB Charleston exit from 15N and exit from 15S will be opening back up during the first week of March, while crews are configuring Pinto Lane to be used as an onramp to 15S while the Charleston onramp is closed.
Got all that?
More closures and restrictions are on the way in the coming weeks. Project Neon is supposed to be done in late 2019
