(Photo by Christopher Polk/Getty Images)As you know, Jason Aldean was performing on stage at the Route 91 Harvest Festival when a mass shooting broke out, injuring and killing scores of people in the crowd.
The tragedy occurred a couple of months before his son, Memphis was born.
In a new radio interview published on People Magazine, the country star opens up about how Memphis helped him get through that difficult time.
Aldean recounts that within those two months, he went from witnessing something awful to something beautiful.
Moreover, Memphis gave his daddy something positive to focus on, rather than focusing on the nightmarish scene that played out while he was on stage that fateful day.
We're so glad to hear that the birth of baby Memphis helped Aldean cope after the Vegas tragedy.
