Justin added Johnny and June to the household just less than a year ago (nice names, eh?), and they're a handful. "Right before South was born we sent 'em to training, obedience training, and until then they were just crazy," Justin says through his record label. "You couldn't control them. I mean they're huge and [didn't] listen and everything that you can imagine. And so we sent them off, got them back and they're doing much, much better than they did."
It's far from "smooth sailing," of course, but Justin has a helpful ally in his wife Kate. "They've still got a lot of improvement to go," he continues. "And I am totally not good in these type situations. I just kind of freak out. Kate, thankfully, is better equipped to handle these situations ... I can tell you right now, I can handle two infants better than I can handle them two. But I think [the dogs] are like a 130 pounds and 110 pounds right now."
Lucky for Justin he's got some time away from home coming up. His Hell On A Highway Tour picks back up next year beginning January 18th in Rio Rancho, NM. See a list of subsequent dates here.
