It's been a busy year for Midland. They recently celebrated their first No. 1 with "Drinkin' Problem," and have toured as hard as anyone to support it. Thanksgiving therefore means some much-appreciated downtime, and the guys are planning to take full advantage.

First things first? Taking a deep breath. "We've basically been on the road since January," the trio's Jess Carson says through their record label. "So we'll just kind of take an inventory of what has gone on in 2017. There's so much. It's been a whirlwind and we haven't even really had a moment to stop and kind of look back and reflect on it."

They will make some time for fun, though. "It may be the first time we'll have a couple of days in a row off," Midland's Cameron Duddy adds. "I have a big family so we always get together and eat food and rib each other and have drinks and watch football. It's always a Dallas game on, it's usually cold wherever we're at, so chopping firewood and making a fire and petting the dog and having a couple of beers."

The guys won't get to relax for long, however. They're back on the road starting December 2nd in South Texas. They recently wrapped CMT On Tour with Jon Pardi (above). See their complete list of upcoming dates here.
