The surgery was necessary after the country star fell outside her home last week and broke her wrist.
Following the surgery, Underwood thanked her husband for being by her side and also let her fans know she appreciated their well-wishes.
Now, her husband, Mike Fisher, is sharing a heartfelt message of his own.
In an Instagram post, Fisher thanked fans for all the love and support they have shown for his wife. Additionally, he praised God for helping them through the pain and tough times.
