The fire was reported at The Tapatio Springs Resort. Strait is co-owner of the resort which sits on over 200 acres of land and features a large golf course.
The building was evacuated and firefighters were called to the scene.
After the fire was put out, fire officials determined the blaze started in the attic of the clubhouse.
No one was injured in the ordeal, however, the clubhouse was a total loss.
Officials are still investigating to try to determine what caused the fire.
During the ordeal, an employee of the resort posted multiple social media updates.
Thank goodness everyone was able to get out of the building safely.
