Lauren Alaina Debuts Video For “Doin’ Fine”

Lauren Alaina is putting the pedal to the metal.

The "Road Less Traveled" singer recently released the video for "Doin' Fine," the song's follow-up. It's an emotional song with a very personal connection. "When a really big life changing event takes place, you feel a flood of emotions," Lauren says through her publicist. "Some days you cry. Some days you're angry and some days you're happy. It was really important to me to use the three-and-a-half minutes of the video to share all of the emotions I felt while watching my parents go through a divorce, seeing my dad through rehab, and my adjusting to a new life in Nashville."

"Doin' Fine"

The point, she says, is to find a way to deal with it all. "Life is full of unpredictability, and so are we," Lauren says. "It's okay to not be okay all of the time, but we have to get to a place where we are 'Doin' Fine.'"

Lauren certainly is doin' fine, and stayin' busy. The Georgia native has live shows planned through December, all of which can be seen here.
