Cultural integration is a pretty hot political topic in some circles, but that doesn't keep Sam Hunt from talking about it. The "Body Like A Back Road" singer visited the subject earlier this week while on stage in Los Angeles and even got a little emotional in the process.

Between songs Sam started talking about his musical tastes growing up in rural Georgia, according to the Los Angeles Times, noting that he "couldn't tell you the difference between Nirvana and Madonna" early on. That changed as he was exposed to other kinds of music online, however.

"No generation has ever been as culturally integrated as this one," he told the audience at the Greek Theater, explaining that young people today don't think about music or other human beings like previous generations did. The singer apparently grew solemn as he concluded, "When y’all take over, you’re gonna tear down the walls that divide us."
