It all started Monday (8/7) when Cam posted a few lines about getting "lost" in Kelly Clarkson videos. "Jeez she is everything," the "Burning House" singer noted.
That's when Kelsea Ballerini got involved. "One of music's greatest gifts," she said. "I agree."
Kelly, apparently surprised, saw the exchange and offered some praise of her own. "Ladies, what?!" she exclaimed. "So nice. Big fan of both of you as well! I say this calls for a beautiful trio performance at some point." Check out the the back and forth below.
No word on what the future may hold, but the ladies are certainly busy these days. Cam has tour stops planned in California and Nevada before heading north of the border to Canada next month. Kelsea is prepping for ABC's CMA Fest, which she hosts with Thomas Rhett August 16th, not to mention a tour that continues well into fall. Kelly, of course, is getting read for her coaching gig on Season 14 of FOX's The Voice.
