The latest song the trio is pulling back the curtain on is "The Stars," one that could just as easily be about a love interest or, well, children. "Stars is the song on the album that was 100% inspired by our children," Hillary Scott explains in a new video. The song was the first they wrote with their producer when they got to Los Angeles to prep the album, in fact.
"All three of us have kids now," Charles Kelley adds. "And I don't know; it felt like we couldn't do a record and not have a song about our kids."
Lady A may have taken some time off from the road, but there's no mistaking that they're back in full force now. Catch the trio this summer in Florida, Nebraska, Arkansas, New York and New Jersey, among other states. Check the band's entire schedule here.
