Blake Shelton got a pretty sweet late birthday present this week when his latest single "Every Time I Hear That Song" reached No. 1 on the country charts, his 24th single to achieve the milestone.

"Holy crap, this is awesome!" he says through his record label. "I just recently had a birthday and, as I get older, I have a greater appreciation for everything. First and foremost, thank you to the fans for making this crazy career possible. To country radio and everyone who works so hard, thank you! I am so proud of If I'm Honest and to have another No. 1 single from that album with "Every Time I Hear That Song" is thrilling.

The news comes around the July 4th holiday, a fact not lost on the superstar. "I also want to extend a special thank you on this 4th of July holiday to the first responders and service men and women who keep this country safe," he says.

"Every Time I Hear That Song" is Blake's third No. 1 from his album If I'm Honest, joining "Came Here To Forget" and "A Guy With A Girl." Check out his upcoming tour dates here.
