Fatherhood is a good way to get guys like Justin Moore thinking about what matters most.

The "You Look Like I Need A Drink" singer and his family are still adjusting following the birth of Thomas South, a first son who joined sisters Ella Kole, Kennedy Faye and Rebecca Klein last week.

"You realize real quick when you have kids ... that you really don't matter, especially as much as you thought you did," he says through his record label." All that matters is them and it's important to me and always has been that I be a good parent and be a good role model for them."

Fortunately Justin has plenty of inspirational figures to look to. "I have the perfect mom and dad and I want to make them proud, you know, I want to make my wife proud," he continues. "If somebody could watch me all the time, I want them to be proud of what they're watching."

Justin talked more about his latest addition this week with People. Check out that conversation here.
